Transportaion Note:
For those traveling to Crawford from the east... The US Highway 50 bridge over the Blue Mesa Reservoir has been closed for safety concerns. No convenient alternate routes exist between the city of Gunnison and Crawford at this time. When planning your trip, please keep this limitation in mind. Highway updates can be found at cotrip.org. Explore the majesty of the Black Canyon!The North Rim of the Black Canyon (the best side, in our biased opinion) is an easy & scenic 25 minute drive from the Inn. Enjoy 5 stunning scenic overlooks and three hiking trails (ranging from a very easy .3 miles, to a somewhat strenuous 7 mile round trip. For helpful Park information, click here!
